The real problem is that they aren't wrong. The democrats generally are the lesser evil. The problem is that this is just an admission of our, our being both socialists and just decent human being in general, powerlessness. We have jo way to make them do actual good things so they don't. So long as they stay 2 steps to the left of the nazis thats all thats important to them, and they are willing to negotiate on that one step. Liberals, the ruling class ones not the normies, also literally don't care if we don't vote for them. Like it inconveniences them and they would like too win, but in the end it doesn't really mater to liberals. Like you see this in how they gerrymanderd NY for the Republicans to keep the socdems out. They literally could have broken all historical precedent and kept the house in a midterm but actively chose not to. Voting or not voting for the democrats doesn't really matter in the long run any more than a personal boycott of a product has an effect on a company.
