FBI labels heroes as villains, big surprise.

I dunno how anyone could stomach working for US intelligence agencies. It must be depressing being such a piece of shit, knowing you're dragging humanity into the abyss.

I can imagine some turbo lib being like "Well the message isn't bad but writing it on poor defenseless property is wrong. 😢"

I've had the chance to talk with people that have worked at/done internships with MIC contractors and DOD labs etc. Here's one of the responses I've gotten (asking what they think about the civilian casualties their weapons have caused, because they kept insisting that these were moral grey areas)

No, I dont think is bad. There is really good people in the uniformed services. They just do a job not everyone cant handle... they go to psychologist for a reason.

Murder of civilians is a complex topic... and a really sad one. Sometimes civilians attack soldiers on duty in some countries and sometimes they are involved in the damage done without reason (this is bad for me).

In a peaceful world where humans did not have the need for warfare... (following your line of thought) I would think it is unnecessary.

Yeah, it's all just keeping themselves separated from what they do.

They're not assholes chucking humanity off a cliff, they're "doing a difficult job as best they can"

        You know, the Nuremberg defense

Wait let me see if I can get quotes from Nuremberg to throw at these ghouls next time I talk with one.

I imagine the "You Don't Have to be a Ghoul to Work Here, But it Helps!" mugs do a lot of the work there

There's an old ethnography about people working at one of the big finance companies right before the 2007 disaster. The anthropologist asked a lot of them what they thought about their work and a lot of them were like "Well, it's a disaster and it's destroying society and it's all going to come crashing down soon but Idk what else to do".
