She says she's going to break up with me if I don't quite the site in solidarity. I am torn. I made a promise to you all that no mod would ever touch your posts again. I don't see how I could keep this promise to you, the posters, if I'm not on this site every day lurking, posting, and up-bearing.

This isn't a question. I'm just posting out loud.

Edit: Mods owe me one girlfriend.

Before she got banned (the past week) we made Hexbear a lifestyle. When we weren't sitting on side-by-side recliner chairs posting on our IBM-era Thinkpads on Hexbear we were showing each other print-outs of posts on Hexbear. We were brainstorming ideas for posts to make on Hexbear. We had long debates about who were the worst and the best posters. And which mods we hated the most.

    Now that's all gone.

She just sits in that recliner, lifeless, staring at various, large Marxists texts now and if she's not doing that I can see her outside talking to people, likely out of sheer boredom.

      okay, I have to ask

      "large Marxist texts"

does this mean works with relatively high number of pages (unlikely), or does this mean your partner has relevant texts from Marxists framed on the wall with a huge font size (likely)?

sorry this is so funny to me thinking of a situation where someone's partner is mad at them, tells them they need space, starts crying while staring at a page of Capital Volume 1 in Arial size 25 and saying out loud "at least you wouldn't do this to me"
