You can go outside without spreading covid. It is in fact harder to catch covid outside than inside. Even at the height of covid you were allowed to have a bubble of people which you met with. None of the things in the post is in conflict with being safe about covid.

You are putting words in my mouth again. I did not say "you can go to parties and meet strangers no problemo". I said you can meet people and still be responsible, and I used the "bubble" as an example of this.
