Probably "Falling Outside the Normal Moral Constraints" just because I liked how much of a show off it was. "Mistake Not..." similarly I enjoy for its clowning on ship staffed by sped up digital consciousnesses rather than some artificial intelligences. link
Many culture ships have already been named I enjoy almost all of them, especially the Gravitas line of ships.
