This makes no goddamn sense. France is partially capitalist? I could see that being a “social democracy isn’t real capitalism” angle but then why the hell are the Nordic countries full capitalism? Botswana is full capitalism but South Africa is only partial, guessing that’s a “we have to recognize it’s highly developed for Africa but we don’t like Mandela so it gets a ding.”

It's just a map of how much capital exists in each country (maybe per capita to some extent to explain why China is partially capitalist)
