She was in the cold open as herself. It looks like they’re trying to do to her like they did to Trump back in 2015 when they had him host.

tbh even though I disagree with basically all of Haley's stated policies, critical support to her campaign against gerontocracy. she'd definitely be an improvement over Biden or Trump, though that's not saying much when the bar is 200 meters below sea level.

The problem with Biden or Trump isn't their age, its that we live under a dictatorship of the bourgeois. Haley would be just as bad as either of them.

On a broader scale, of course yes you're right. I just meant "improvement" in the sense that those two get free passes all the time for behavior that younger people (especially a woman) wouldn't, just because they're old dopey white men. The public simply expects incompetency and derangement from them, like it's normal. If Haley did or said stupid shit, she would get a lot more criticism from the media and public, justifiably so. Her Civil War gaff for example. That was honestly pretty mild compared to the constant stream of verbal diarrhea that comes from Trump, yet it had the media clutching their pearls for weeks despite her immediately walking it back and apologizing.

Oh okay, i see what you mean. That's a pretty generous view. I still don't agree that she'd be better in meaningful way, but i get what you're saying now
