Ugh I have to find a new job in the coming months, I wasn’t worried because it seemed like lab work is one of the few things that isn’t having this issue, but with how much I’m hearing about it now I’m worried I am gonna have trouble
~2 to 4 months of actively applying for jobs, maybe start getting call backs 4 weeks after your first round of applications are submitted ( maybe earlier if you're calling about the submitted applications), another 2 to 4 weeks for initial interviews and follow ups... Its February right now, three months from now will be May... maybe it would work out

Not gonna lie, its probably gonna suck and you should start actively applying for jobs now (assuming you're still employed at this minute).
