Egypt deployed 40 tanks and armored vehicles near its border with Israel in northeastern Sinai.
Egypt has started suffering quite significantly due to the amount of shipping traffic now avoiding the Suez Canal due to Houthi attacks. It's kind of in Egypt's best interest to put as much pressure as they can on Israel to stop the war.
