I normally prefer all my anime in Japanese as well (there are a few exceptions where I feel both the English VA work and Japanese VA work are both superb, for example Trigun and the original Berserk), but I don't think I took issue with any of the Japanese VA work in DBZ except for Goku (maybe Gohan too?).
