The one thing that isn't mentioned is how these Tekken Coins will be bundled. Take Street Fighter 6's paid costumes: The skins Capcom added back in December cost 300 Fighter Coins, which is around $6 each. Except you can't buy bundles of 300 Fighter Coins. The minimum is 250, meaning you'd have to spend around $10 just to secure one costume. I wouldn't be surprised if Tekken 8 takes a similar approach, meaning that the actual money required to procure cosmetics is higher.

I'm not that peeved about paid cosmetic skins I won't need or buy that have 0 impact on gameplay to be honest

On the other hand, I fucking hate having to pay to be able to lab against DLC characters that I probably wont be playing (which also tend to be busted, hello T7 Leroy), like just let me be able to select them in practice mode

I'm also sure they will implement a predatory monetization which requires you to buy more coins than necessary to acquire that one skin you want (which sucks for people who want to buy just that one skin)
