    I'm sure it was considered, immolation isn't exactly a light choice made on a whim. An air force CO would get replaced within a couple days, the media circus will completely ignore the fact.

    The right will go into conspiracy theories, liberals will say it's a mental health issue, the news will cover how tragic it is, the CO had a family, or there was a disagreement, etc.

    How much of the Chris Dorner discourse was around the actual reason he went on a rampage?

    Even if there were a manifesto left behind, it would be spun as him being radicalised by Hamas or being delusional or any number of reasons the liberal media has parried any criticism of the IDF.

    But immolation? To be yelling Free Palestine repeatedly in front of cameras as flames engulfed your body? That's undeniable. That has to be addressed.
