    If this argument is legitimate, what would stop Biden from canceling the election and declaring himself president for life?

    The main thing stopping that is the democrat fetishization of norms because they'd rather the country be fascist than effectively wield power against fascists. Also for Biden "for life" would be, what, 6 months?
