I cannot recommend getting enough fiber enough. Make sure you drink an adequate amount of water if you do increase your fiber intake. If you don't, the extra fiber will pull water out of your blood.
Having enough fiber in your intestines when you eat capsaicin heavy food will give those capsaicin molecules somewhere else to be that isn't your gut trpv1 receptors and maybe help quell some of your discomfort!
How do you eat spicy food without literally being in pain in your bowels for hours? The taste is not a problem for me but the other thing kills me.
habituate your vanilloid (TRPV1) receptors in your gut (assuming you have them) and also habituate your gut microbiome
