Every country has Nazis, Russia certainly has significantly more than Ukraine.
This "every country has Nazis" point is an extreme cop-out. It's technically true, but it minimizes the extent that Nazism plays a role in the Ukrainian government and nation, and downplays the prevalence of Nazism.
As for the problem of Nazism in general society, it's not comparable to the average in other nations. I'll specifically use Western sources for this to avoid claims of "Russian propaganda":
