A Southwest Airlines flight headed to Houston was forced to make an emergency landing after an engine cover was torn off the airplane causing damage to part of the wing.
Southwest isn’t that budget. They’re regularly 5 or 6 times more than actual budget airlines like spirit and frontier. I paid $200 to go to California, delta was only $250. That’s not much of a difference. They also don’t try to nickel and dime you like budget airlines do, don’t charge for bags, or carry ons, because those are built into the ticket price unlike Frontier.

but also, the last two deaths involving a commercial flight in the US were someone getting sucked into the engine on the ground, one was a suicide.

yea i hate frontier the most. plus i think my airport doesnt have a ton of SW flights so its rarely an option for me anyways.
