The face they use in the thumbnail is a boss from Dead Rising 3 if I'm not mistaken. I forget exactly what her gimmick in that game was (DR 1& 2 are the good ones, 3 & 4 are kinda dog-shit so I didn't play much), but I think it was more a caricature of asshole customers in food service than anything to do with social justice.
