At the risk of sounding like Tom Friedman, Trump has one policy ace up his sleeve: Netanyahu listens to him and he knows it. Maybe Trump is serious about cutting foreign aid, maybe he isn't it doesn't matter. But Bibi knows he's more of a wildcard than Biden is.

Putin made the same argument recently. That with Biden, he knows what he's getting. But with Trump, he has no idea.
