In a letter to Ohio’s Democratic Party chair, Secretary of State Frank LaRose warns that the Democratic National Convention will take place after a state deadline to declare a candidate.

    Would be hilarious if Trump wins the EC, and then also the popular vote but only because no Dem votes are counted in Ohio.

      Ohio accounts for a couple percent of the vote so it's extremely plausible that this gets Trump the popular vote
