The artist couldn't have used any form of a computer or cell phone in the courtroom. To be sure - I googled NYC courtrooms.

You also can't bring in vapes. You need to hide one vape in your bag or shoe, somewhere that they'll find so find it but the think you tried. Then you hide one in a really hidden place and use that one.
