Red star after their Cuba trip article, posted one calling for not supporting AOC in her reelection for her support of Biden and then made this one.

They have been on a roll, i hope they start the presidential election with one article calling for not voting for biden, it would make great dunktank material for all the libs it would piss off

They have 3 members on NPC and one of the two cochair slots. That’s not a majority but if you count BnR and Marxist Unity Group there is a Marxist majority on the NPC.

Nah, I mean death to America, unlimited genocide on this evil country and all… but in the US simply expressing support for an organization on some official terrorist list isn’t a crime. I’m not sure what the ADL could sue them for that wouldn’t immediately get thrown out of court.

That said, we do live in a bourgeois dictatorship so of course Congress can find all sorts of ways to make their life difficult, but that’s just to be expected when we’re taking the correct line against imperialism.

            I do commend Hamas, btw

It is in some ways and formats. The podcast 5-4 had a very good episode on this as even offering any level of legitimate/legitimizing support could very easily be interpreted by the courts to be a criminal action.

Mainly discovery process from frivolous lawsuit with sympathetic judge can paralyze them for half a year, then friendly leaks from unnamed sources familiar with the matter leaking something embarrassing, all this time they have to pay lawyers to fight it all. Like 1st amendment is very malleable
