I'd have to check who had writing credits if anyone in particular for the Florida episodes, maybe if it was mostly Larry Charles he could have gotten somewhere. It's VERY well observed. The Pen and the #1 shirt are so fucking on point

I agree, the "main" Elaine plot on that one is secondary for me compared to the Mandlebaums.
