yeah, the decision says exercises of constitutional authority have immunity. they're /presumed/ to be official acts. so if assassinations are covered by the president, he's free to kill off his political enemies.
As commander in chief, ordering military objectives is a constitutionally declared duty of the president so it seems very clear to me as that's a conclusive constitutional duty. This line seems relevant: "[...] President to absolute immunity
