Me furiously trying to figure out how to steal from an online store
Step 1 - find out where the business is physically located
Buy it, say it never came, and ask for a refund. Supposedly this works for Amazon stuff, but do your own research.
It worked when I did it for legitimate reasons but I gotta imagine they flag your account and would probably say no after 2 or 3 times
In short, make your first try count!
