I saw a Twitter thread the other day that started out fine with a discussion about the way that excluding women from a field of study creates blind spots and then devolved into a bunch of people saying shit like , "I heard one time a bunch MALE archeologists found an artifact and decided it was a ritual implement until a single WOMAN saw it and instantly identified it as a dildo and everybody clapped" and then a bunch of people going "lmao so true men 😂😂😂"
