      That is kind of like the hush money case, or as many people are calling it, the trump rule 34 case. Democrats keep saying that case ruled that Trump was guilty of 34 felony charges. The sentencing on that hush money case was delayed until mid-September. It's possible that he never gets any punishment, though I think the recent presidential immunity supreme court ruling doesn't protect him here because it was a crime committed during his campaign.

      The case that was thrown out today is the one where he hid documents around his estate and refused to give them back when asked by the feds.
