Was he ever good? People like him, but I can't figure out why. All I've ever seen in clips is really tepid takes and boring commentary on YT drama.

That's the appeal to gamer-normies. He repeats back and validates their opinions. He is also less aborhhent than the average gamer opinion dude on YT who is generally even worse.

You'd be surprised just how not being openly a chud or having expressly over the top reactionary takes shapes your image. He is far too centrist and not someone that should never be taken seriously but I do think he is a good gauge for what the average "normal millennial centrist on the internet" person is like(this person was made in lab obviouly but for argument sake).

Hate crime but also dunk on cops when they suck, hate sex abusers, hate NFT/crypto, dunk on AAA games, support the "small" guy(e.g indie devs etc), maybe do a few donations, avoid taking a side on the culture wars.

That is basicaly the moist recipe and it works for him. As far as twitch goes there are people many times worse imo.

I mean, he’s more libertarian than centrist, and I think he’s just a capitalist who cleans up his persona for broad appeal.

Watch his video on Ava Kris Tyson. He gets so outraged and pissy he’s practically egging on the trans genocidal mob of the internet.

That alone loses his entire credibility and makes me skeptical of any half decent takes he has. Tbh he seems like a libertarian.

He brought out his guns to threaten some other youtuber ho threatened him lol. I don’t know if that was supposed to be tongue in cheek but regardless it’s pretty pathetic for a millionaire streamer

He was, actually, and he had his own flavour - it's called the Divine Peach - not sure if they're discontinued now. They parted around in 2023, I think. But it's hilarious how his hypocrite ass was so anti-caffeine and anti-lead before, but when he bagged himself a sponsorship, he threw his morals down the dustbin.

Supplements are completely unregulated by the FDA. All of the workout powders you can buy at GNC have bugs, lead, arsenic, and likely a host of other heavy metals and poison.

So he just advertises for them for the love of the game?

Back in the day he was just an AVGN-esque vulgar gamer who played and broke old or obscure games. After he showed his face he started to do that less and less and became a drama youtuber lol

He was good when he was making silly gaming videos as a disembodied voice. Had a lot of good will from the fact that he was donating almost all his youtube earnings for years to charity and being ostensibly nice. He's a not a complete reactionary dipshit, but he's still a youtube drama channel
