Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya has a dub that picked actors that sounded really similar to their Japanese counterparts and adapted a lot of the casual thoughts of the main character pretty well. I wish more dubs would hew closer to how they Japanese show does since that's usually the original version and they usually made their decisions for reasons pertinent to the show alongside the directors. I don't get why they feel the need to brag about not basing anything on the Japanese version outside the translation.

Then check AniDB to see if any of the scene releases include an English audio track. Then double-check again on piracy sites and search engines to see if maybe it got dubbed at some point. Don't even watch them dubbed most of the time but I like having the option.
