I am a relatively masculine guy and I have the exact same nose and I've never thought about it.
You're probably overthinking it.
It's probably just some body dysmoprhia I should talk to my therapist about.
At least you have some awareness. It's cool you actually have a therapist, I gotta work up the strength to try that bc I def should be doing that too
