Most of the blame can be put on Intel itself for being such a poorly run company, the instability of the war + Hezbollah and Ansar Allah wrecking Israel's economy. BDS is important and good for putting pressure on Israel, but it has not reached such a critical mass to start affecting non-consumer facing products. Most of want Intel sells is to other businesses who, I guarantee you are not factoring BDS into their calculations at all. They are factoring in the fact that Intel chips suck.
