Even the apologia/excuses/"u r Luddite" defenses of the fucking things are getting repetitive and tedious. It's almost always "you must be a frightened dandelion eating hippie/peasant if you have any objections to this particular Mechanical Turk."

I think a lot of chuds get off to exclusivity in particular. They want things to feel shameful and wrong but also have access to them as insiders with secret stashes and parties and such, "Eyes Wide Shut" style. Even outside of sexual pathology, I don't think most affluent fundie chuds have the slightest hesitation getting abortions outside of their fundie-land territories when convenient, and I'm pretty sure the upper echelon of them also don't hesitate to indulge in whatever life extension technology is available (including quackery or dubious methods). The forbiddenness is the point.
