And do not forget that people need to work to eat, it's not their fault if they live in capitalism, they have to do what they can to survive. Also, it does not matter who they work for, they are all capitalists at the end of the day, there is no relevant difference

This is a very real issue that pertains to labor organizing within the Imperial Core, and why labor movement without anti-imperialism can easily swerve into national socialist stance that propagates and perpetuates the imperialist ambitions of the empire.
Absolutely they would not. But I do think blaming the workers themselves is not the best thing to do, labor movement by itself really isn't enough, there has to be a party to spearhead the movement, but I guess that is very far away from reality right now
Also, just to make sure you don't misunderstand me, I think this union is dogshit. They should be on strike for many more reasons, do picket lines and possibly destroy the machinery. Even for just reclaiming the salary they're bad.
