the point of the community is to avoid speaking english and to post translations to english only in spoilers in any post or comment.
any person with any language can post on any topic, article, etc. not in english on this comm.
any person that speaks a language other than english can become a mod of the comm.
If we want languages other than English to flourish we must start with having pronoun options that don't lock you into English-language gender signifiers by default.
