My wife and I are going on an international vacation and will be in the air through election night and into the next day. It's on a Boeing, so assuming we don't crash it's going to be our own little sanity preservation chamber. Hoping that we can make it through the whole two weeks without even hearing about the results.
Hoping that steam deck / book / headphones and sleeping should do the trick. Don't really see how any background conversations could penetrate that. Even on typical flights I'm doing everything I can to avoid talking to or even being aware of anyone else on the plane lol
