"Disability" is an umbrella term which encompasses physical disabilities, emotional/psychiatric disabilities, neurodivergence, intellectual/developmental disabilities, sensory disabilities, invisible disabilities, and more. You do not have to have an official diagnosis to consider yourself disabled.

A lot of my hobbies are more popular with older people and it does hurt my heart a little when I see that they can do them more often and for longer periods of time than I can :/
