Anyway it was supposed to come today and the mail truck came by but my email says it couldn't be delivered. Is that because my dad has to be actually present and it handed off to sign by him?

Can I sign for it even though my license has expired?

I hate this run around, so stupid, when kids get vapes anyway through snapchat or w/e but my ass is stuck having to do it the legal circus way.

    With the company I buy from, I just had to sign for the delivery once then every time after that they just drop it off. Maybe your dad can just sign for it the first time (assuming he is okay with you vaping).

    Okay then we'll see about this tomorrow when they come during the day. He's fine with me vaping, I just had to use his name so I could actually purchase the stupid thing. ugh. My gas station doesn't even card me because I literally look my age with my beard lol
