I think this is being overhyped tbh It's not that big a deal to give blood, and if for example it made my grandma healthier I'd be happy for her. Only rich people staying young would be a horrible future
Of course it would be great if it were used equally, but what will really happen is that the rich will pay to exploit young healthy people for their blood.

I could see this going on the NHS if it works as blood is cheap
