I think that the inherent problem is that it's all so contextual that essentially making a manual is prohibitive because it would either be extraordinarily long and hyperspecific to the point of being useless or it ends up like Gricean Maxims (admittedly which I am a fan of, especially for autistic people but...); it comes off as "Do the appropriate thing at the appropriate time in the appropriate fashion based on the relevant context” or, basically, do the right thing and don't do something wrong.
