Fall is banned due to climate change. Where I am all the leaves went from deep summer green in early October to all being bare now. We used to have gorgeous red, orange, and yellow leaves, with a crisp and amazing fall.

Americanisation is super rapid, in 90's the christmas stuff in shops started showing in december and in this year in october lol, pushing back the nonexisting in the 90's halloween stuff back on the shelves for a month before the actual halloween. Halloween stuff appeared in early september, pushing back the beach stuff - in a place where the nearest sea is hundreds of kilometeres away and it's fucking Baltic, i wonder if they do that shit over the polar circle too.
Tbf there are Halloween parties at clubs here in India too. But thankfully we haven't delved into costumes and horror-themed decorations.
