I've been going to therapy since 2018, in the process of that I've quit cocaine, quit drinking, cut very bad influences from my life in my friend circle. But for years in therapy, the only approach solution we found to dealing with my mother and rest of my family was to avoid and navigate the environment without succumbing to my emotions....
And it's just recently I realized that I come from an extremely toxic Family Dynamic, one that most likely explains why I'm constantly taken advantage of and feel horrible Everytime I come back from family events. I am ADHD diagnosed, made to feel like the glue and punching bag of the family.. I guess I was curious to ask if anyone can relate....
