Soy Glazed Mushrooms and Onions
Oil pan and turn to medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger for a few minutes or until onion is tender.
Increase heat to medium high and add mushrooms. Cook for about three minutes.
Add honey and soy sauce, and keep stirring and cooking for another five minutes until mushrooms are tender.
Serve over white rice.
