Anyone watch the Tony Jaa and Milla Jovovich film based on this game franchise yet? I was totally disappointed by the first half, but it got a lot better.
Monster world Ron Perlman was certainly a choice, and Paul W. S. Anderson is certainly a director. I look forward to seeing the 5 sequels they will try to make, though.

I hated seeing the military in it, but it didn't glorify them as much as 99% of American movies, and I got to watch a couple Ospreys get blown up. It demonstrated the supremacy of wrist-mounted cable-based weapons over the best the US war machine had to offer, too.
heheh i liked it more than i thought i would. i'm not familiar with PWSA's movies so i was surprised capcom would let their IP be used in such a violent movie.

i probably wouldn't have liked it if i wasn't familiar with the game series because i thought it was funny watching diablos and the spiders impaling and tearing people in half.
