Go work with people in real life for once and you'll find those stark divisions you believe exist will start to melt away if you're doing things right. I've been working with leftist organizations for 15 years now and only experienced an ideological split like one time and it was smoothed over in 15 minutes. It doesn't matter, no one cares.
