Not sure if its urbanism, but the Verde Valley is one of the most aggressive segregated places in the US. Going to school at one of the schools in the valley, I had one teacher say the school had the most distinct "cliques" they had seen. Retrospectively, a lot of those cliques were based on race, shocker.

Even still, other communities in the valley have significant homeless populations, and are continually underfunded for basic necessities.

It's literally bragging about why conservatives hate you.

The whole "people are leaving California in droves" is a right wing trope that has no basis in reality.

I wouldn't say no basis. A lot of people are moving out of California; it's just that they're usually following their employer or trying to find somewhere that isn't so expensive. The lie is that it's Those Damn California Liberals who are chasing them out by doing [insert trendy culture war issue here].

Maybe not droves, but I'm leaving California (the Bay) after 13 years because of housing costs.

I left California but that’s because Northern California is a fiery hellscape full of the most insane chuds I’ve ever encountered

    "My hangar"

Normal concerns that are held by everyday people!

Also this is funny to me because basically the only reason I know of Sedona is because it's one of the well-detailed airports in MS Flight Simulator 2020.

Sedona is breathtakingly beautiful, but it’s full of god damn yuppies and hippies
