now do the Columbia. Seeing the difference between the Fraser River and the Columbia from a salmon perspective is heartbreaking. The remaining populations in the columbia basin are realistically speaking in better shape than a lot of Fraser salmon but at least they can access 100% of the habitat in the Fraser watershed. the amount of habitat in the columbia basin that is permanently cut off by dam development is staggering. I get that dams like Grand Coulee (and even most of the non-fish-blocking dams on the columbia mainstem) can't ever come down without a radical restructuring of the PNW energy grid or agricultural infrastructure but there are so many nearly useless dams on major tributaries that basically don't do anything at this point except block fish passage and collect sediment.
I feel like James Buchanan is really hard to beat if you aren't evaluating them from a leftist perspective (trying to get into the lemmitor mindset here). He basically sat back and let everything deteriorate to the point where the civil war happened while occasionally pouring gasoline onto the fire
the q anon i mean somethingiswrong2024 subreddit thinks that this chart is an easter egg that actually is showing the fraudulent votes in the seven swing states and it means that the biden administration is going to nullify the election and arrest Trump before inauguration
putin is focused on winning this war
wtf how DARE he
My favorite part of the r/somethingiswrong2024 sub is that they occasionally get mad at people for outlining outrageously convoluted scenarios where Kamala is working with the CIA and the DOJ to arrest Trump on January 6 but the reason they get mad is that the speculation is "probably" too close to the truth and could give Trump/Elon/whoever time to counteract the plan if people post about it on their 15000 member subreddit
roll out some nuclear tipped Iskander Ms (500-700km range) in Russian territory near Alaska
it's a great time to live next to the largest military base in the state
why don't these people just go back to reddit? this is indistinguishable from an r/worldnews or r/politics comment section

she's gonna be my (many times removed) boss until I get deemed redundant by Elon Musk and DOGE/fired/hopefully just survive through the end of my contract
lmao my coworkers and I are so cooked
As part of the peaceful transition of power it's critical that the Biden administration uses the next 2 months to align the executive branch with Trump's vision so that he can hit the ground running day 1
yeah, isn't this the guy who got unprecedented levels of campaign funding from the party because he was totally going to smash Lindsay Graham and then got the DNC chair as a consolation prize after getting blown out?
the first polls close in kentucky and indiana in less than an hour, those are both fairly safe Trump states so probably very shortly after that
I technically ranked him third but my vote will end up counting for Jill Stein barring some really strange voter behavior here (involving Trump not getting 50% of the vote even after 3-4 candidates including Stein are removed)
how could the think tank run by Victoria Nuland's sister-in-law be a propaganda outlet
Q anon was right all along, the patriots were in control behind the scenes
