Straight up sour dough! No yeast! I kinda was forced to learn the ways of sour dough. Last year, when the quarantine started dry yeast was just gone from all stores. Sooooo I got my sour dough started
I usually let it rest for 8-12h
and Lucy wept, for there was no more bread to conquer
