Still enjoying the benefits, apart from jumping out of bed a few nights with cramps in the front of the shins so bad I had to hobble around the room for a few minutes. Wild. Never had them before.

A couple of days of stretches, foam rolling and better hydration and it hasn't happened again.

It's a good program folks. There was a thing about Beto on the wires back when he was peak bartop orator, some journalist wrote that he used to like to drop and pop out 30 press ups or whatever very regularly through the day, like waiting in an airport or anywhere. What a cock, right?

It works imo. Doing 5 mins of airsquats or pressups or anything every hour or so keeps you in a state of constant activity/activation or something, and it really improves energy levels.

It's an arms race people. If betobots are running around out there ripped to the gills with energy it's your solemn reponsibility to keep up.
