I just realized I've never seen or heard of a Chinese movie. Not just filmed in China but also written and produced by a Chinese company. Is there any good one with English dub or sub ?

    There are a lot of great suggestions here already.

    First off, check out any film of Wong Kar Wai. I really enjoyed Rebels of the Neon God. But don't skip out on old school kung fu movies either. Bruce Lee's Fist of Fury (otherwise known as The Chinese Connection) is excellent. Enter the Dragon, of course. Jackie Chan movies can be really great, fun, silly movies.

    I mean, the list just goes on.
