Tbh his definition is accidentally closer to the actual usage of the word than the one you would hear in school

biden-the-thing Hey, listen Jack. He's a dictator cause he's got the big spoon, alright? He ate all the grain. Normally, they, the Chinese, you know, they don't walk on two legs. Four legs good, two legs bad, is what they call it. But you can't have freedom on four legs. It's in the Bible.

So let's not, you know, uh, we can't be making lemons into lemonade. They're not your lemons, Jack. That's why we have to sit down at the table and make a, uh, move forward so everyone can do democracy their own way.

a communist country that’s based on a form of government totally different than ours

You guys are completely misunderstanding the quote here. Chairman Biden is declaring that Xi is running a revisionist government which is different from the Chairman’s orthodox Marxist Leninist American government.

"Listen jack, what you gotta understand is, when I call them terrorists I'm performing a rhetorical trick that separates the violence of the state from violence against the state. i'm creating an implicit moral contrast that makes any atrocity we commit not only thinkable, but necessary."

    "I mean, he's still a scary foreigner so yeah I'd say he's a dictator."

This is extremely revealing. I don't believe he's that stubbornly ignorant. This is cognitive decline. Old Joe understands that he is supposed to conflate these concepts, but it's hard to keep up with so many hidden agendas. Sometimes old people just forget which parts they aren't supposed to say out loud.

Stay tuned for Biden's anlysis next week where he explain that different form of government further as:

"When the government does more things"

if the president doesn't know enough to pass a high school government class then the high school government class is pointless

I understand why Biden doesn't know. The last time Biden was a student in high school was when US marines were storming Beijing.

If an actual dictator had a gun to Joe's head he couldn't give a proper definition.

Americans love that type of word salad

I’m sure he just picked up a couple more anti-trump republicans
