I usually just challenge them to find info about me on social media. Someone found my deleted Facebook account from when I was like 14 once that wasn't even my real name lol.
an epic way to get around this is to make an instagram or facebook with almost zero information on it and be like "well I tried to make one but I just don't use it"
I know a ton of peeps like that and I doubt anyone judges much with at least the effort of giving zuck your information being put in
